Born in Rome, Cristina received her diploma in piano while contemporaneously studying the organ  and organ composition. Subsequently she received her diploma in singing, graduating with maximum marks under the direction of Professor J. Magnoni, while perfecting her singing skills with Maestro R. Savastano.

Crisinta went on to win the competition “Città di Roma” and “Primo Palcoscenico” di Cesena.  Her initial theatrical experiences began with Nedda in “I Pagliacci” at the Teatro brancaccio di Roma and “Madama Butterfly”at the Teatro Bonci di Cesena.  She went on to Debut in other important theatres under the following noted directors; M. Benini at Teatro Carlo Felice di Genova and  P.G Moranti in the Florence May Musicale Festival.

Beginning in 2003, her vocalità of soprano lirico spinto now fully developed, she began to debut the important roles: Turandot in Lombard Theatre Circuit  with Director M. De Bernard and in 2004 at the Teatro Lirico di Cagliari under director K. Martin.  During the same year, again in the Lombard Theatre Circuit,  she performed the role of Maddalena in Andrea Chenier, which was a resounding success. In 2005 she was the applauded protagonist in the following theatres:  Lucca, Bolzano, Ravenna and Livorno in the arduous role of Manon Lescaut.
