Kahli Dalbow
is a lyric soprano and native of Pittsburgh, PA. She made her professional
operatic debut with Pittsburgh Opera at the age of 15. Ms. Dalbow received
her BFA in Vocal Performance from Carnegie Mellon University, and her MM
in Vocal Performance from the University of Utah. Kahli has delighted audiences
across the US and in Europe with her lush soprano that has been described
as “rich and warm, but possessing an edge that is capable of full lyric repertoire.”
She was most recently seen in the role of Giorgetta in Boulder Opera’s production of Il Tabarro, as well as in her hometown of Salt Lake City in Utah Opera’s production of Sweeney Todd. Some of her favorite roles include Lauretta in Gianni Schicchi, Cendrillon in Cendrillon, Gilda in Rigoletto, Mabel in The Pirates of Penzance, The Vixen in The Cunning Little Vixen, and Gianetta in L’elisir d’amore. In addition to performing, Kahli loves helping singers of all ages find their own unique voices at her home teaching studio in Draper, Utah. Many of her students have been accepted into competitive degree programs and choirs, as well as landed roles in touring Broadway productions. 3/25 |
